When asked how could I afford travel so much, I want to refute: how can you afford the rent? Let a dog? Have children? Smoking? I don't have to pay the rent, no dog feed, no child care or cigarette company support, so 100% of the money I can go to travel. Keep a budget of $15 a day is quite easy, if you CouchSurfing (free), eat street food (2 dollars a meal) and travel in chicken bus ($10 per 100 miles).
